As CEO of Classroom Champions, Seth Rosenzweig leads the nonprofit toward their mission to create a world in which all kids know they have what it takes to pursue their dreams. As the organization’s second ever CEO, he has worked to expand and deepen revenue streams, unlocking new heights for the brand and the supporters of the mission.

Seth Rosenzweig was most recently Team IMPACT’s Chief Executive Officer. With extensive experience in organizational growth and building stakeholder relationships, alongside a deep knowledge in the social and emotional benefits that come with mentorship for children, Seth leads with passion and pursuit of excellence. Since 2016, Seth utilized his role at Team IMPACT to unprecedented organizational growth – driving the nonprofit from a regional to national presence, reaching over 3,000 families and 80,000 collegiate athletes at 800 colleges and universities. His vision to ensure all children living with a serious illness or disability have access to the program and an equitable experience and to embed Team IMPACT into the fabric of college athletics generated $10M in revenue.

Prior to Team IMPACT, he served as assistant vice president for principal and major Gifts at Boston Children’s Hospital Trust. Prior to that, he served as vice president of development at Combined Jewish Philanthropies and as executive director of development at The George Washington University.

Rosenzweig earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The George Washington University School of Business and Public Management and a Masters of Education in Higher Education Administration from Harvard University Graduate School of Education. He also serves on a number of nonprofit boards.
